Finding Your Way - Takes FAITH

The longing for meaning and purpose drives every human being to search for God, in some way, shape or form. We are surrounded by evidence of a divine creator, to want to know who that may be is natural, to suppress this inclination is a futile denial of the truth, because we remain accountable to the creator, whether we believe or not. This is what we call general revelation.

Special revelation is the activity of God where God has chosen to disclose himself to mankind. He does this through the scripture the written word, and ultimately in and through Jesus Christ.

It is primarily through the scripture that we now come to know who God is, who we are in relation to God, the gravity of sin that is the cause of every evil we see in the world, but most importantly God's plan to destroy the power of sin and death is the good news of the gospel. Finding your way takes faith, and faith only comes by hearing the word of God.
